Birmingham Road is another site within Stratford-upon-Avon comprising 65 units on the edge of the built up area of Stratford. Accessed through an earlier L&Q Estates development site, this site was granted planning consent in October 2016 and was sold, unserviced, to Bellway Homes in the Spring of 2017.
Various obligations were put onto the purchaser through the sale documentation in terms of protecting the landowners access plus providing connections to the main drainage systems and public utilities to provide for future expansion land.
Now well under way the site provides another high quality site that again reflects the high design standards expected within the town.
