We are creating an 850 acre sustainable community on the west side of Milton Keynes, which perfectly illustrates our role as master developer.

Fairfields Primary School opened in September 2017, just 12 months after Whitehouse Primary School welcomed its first intake of pupils. A secondary school is expected to open in 2021.
L&Q Estates has undertaken a massive engineering project including delivering a huge flood protection reservoir which will have a positive environmental impact, providing surface and storm water drainage and a haven for local wildlife. To ensure that a truly sustainable community is developed the site proposal includes 20 hectares of employment land.
