We acquired the Freehold interest in our land at Pill from a family Trust late in 2015. The land extends to circa 90 acres and is situated to the south of this North Somerset village.
Situated in the Green Belt, within the District of North Somerset, Pill is only 7 miles from the centre of Bristol and only 1 mile from Junction 19 of the M5.
With plans well advanced to reopen the railway line to trains between Portishead and Bristol, including a new station at Pill, we strongly believe that our proposals at Pill represent a highly sustainable location with which to meet the future housing needs of both Bristol and North Somerset.
